Garantieerklärung gemäß § 477 I BGB:

• Garantiedauer: 5 Jahre ab Registrierung und Bestätigung der Garantie in diesem Formular (nur innerhalb von 30 Tagen nach dem Kauf des Artikels gültig).

• Geltungsbereich: Die Garantie gilt innerhalb Deutschlands.
• Gesetzliche Rechte: Das Verbrauchern zustehende gesetzliche Gewährleistungsrecht (Mängelhaftung) wird durch die Garantie nicht eingeschränkt.
• Wesentliche Angaben für Geltendmachung der Garantie: Im Garantiefall wenden Sie sich bitte an oben genannten Garantiegeber. Bitte übermitteln Sie dazu den Kaufbeleg und die Bestätigung für die Eintragung im Garantie-Register.
• Inhalt der Garantie: Die Garantie umfasst die Übernahme aller Reparatur- und Versandkosten bei Defekten, die im Garantiezeitraum auftreten, und die nicht auf Verschleiß, normalem Verbrauch oder unsachgemäßer Handhabung beruhen. Im Garantiefall wenden Sie sich bitte an den zuvor genannten Garantiegeber. Nach Einsendung des Produktes und Vorlage des Kaufbeleges wird das Produkt dann kostenlos repariert oder durch ein gleichwertiges Produkt ausgetauscht.

• Essential information for asserting the warranty: In the event of a warranty claim, please contact the above-mentioned guarantor. Please send us the proof of purchase and the confirmation of registration in the warranty register.
• Warranty Content: The warranty covers all repair and shipping costs for defects occurring during the warranty period that are not due to wear and tear, normal wear and tear, or improper handling. In the event of a warranty claim, please contact the aforementioned guarantor. After sending the product and presenting the proof of purchase, the product will then be repaired free of charge or replaced with an equivalent product.
